Your ideal customers’ purchasing decisions are influenced by testimonials and reviews and that’s why a testimonial page on your website is one of the best ways to generate sales.
Why a testimonials page?

A review page like this provides answers to questions from potential customers who have resonated with your product. Adding different review formats ensures that your ideal customers can access their favorite type of review (e.g. video testimonials, tweets, etc.). The idea is that your review page has something to offer everyone.

2. mHelpDesk
mHelpDesk is a field service software that has a nice reviews page that features lots of video testimonials, in-depth customer interviews, case analysis. They have added badges from various review sites on their testimonials page.
The most interesting thing about mHelpDesk’s testimonials page is that they have focused on video testimonials, which are real reviews from their customers. People love to interact on video reviews rather than other forms of reviews.
However, the testimonials page is not well designed. This is a shortcoming of mHelpDesk. Redesigning your page will increase your sales.

3. FreeAgent
FreeAgent is an accounting software that has a page dedicated to reviews. These are not customer testimonials, but rather press mentions. They have copied excerpts from reviews posted on other sites with a link back to the source.
Reviews come from credible sources so it has definitely boosted FreeAgent's sales. It's a good example of a review where you focus on getting reviews from credible websites and bloggers. Of course, it's not as easy as getting a review from a customer, but it's very profitable.
However, there is one problem: the review page is not optimized. It looks like a blog, which makes it difficult for visitors to understand exactly what they are looking at.
Placing testimonials near CTAs is a great way to increase conversions by adding much-needed social proof and trust.
4. ZenDesk
ZenDesk needs no introduction. It has one of the best testimonial pages that features a customer story which in this case is Airbnb’s success story with ZenDesk. This is a great way to grab visitors’ attention by showing them how you have contributed to your customers’ success.
Since ZenDesk is a large-scale tool that has been around for years, it has a huge collection of case studies. It won't be possible to create a testimonials page that big, but you can learn a lot from ZenDesk.
You need to transform your customer reviews into engaging case studies that deliver value to readers rather than just a testimonial. If you read any of the stories on ZenDesk’s testimonials page, you’ll see that they’ve published detailed case reports that show how ZenDesk can work for their business.
In addition to long-form case studies, you should consider adding a lead generation form to your case study page. People who are already interested in what others think of you are very close to becoming potential customers or even buying from you. Create a lead generation pop-up form and add it to your testimonials page for optimal results.
