Column – Since the first episode of De Luizenmoeder a week ago, my new filler word is ' meine Güte '. Thanks to the incomparable Miss Ank. I say it all day long, when the cat has thrown up on the laminate (again!), but also when I see a breathtaking temptress on Temptation Island . ' Meine Güte !'
At the SocialToday Event I often sighed ' meine Güte ', or better: ' Meine Güte , how old I am! ' Especially during the presentations about Instagram by Kirsten Jassies , but also when watching videos of vloggers with swag and low-hanging pants and a lady who uses her double chin as a way to gain followers, I knew that I have not been 24 for a while. Time for a rejuvenation, or better: time to better connect with my target group. Are you joining me? These are my good intentions following SocialToday.
First a short introduction. I am an independent copywriter and mainly active on LinkedIn. My ideal job function email database target group are 30 to 35 year old entrepreneurs who prefer to call themselves entrepreneurs , who still go out hard in the weekend and do business online. I want to reach people who already know that a mailing list is not an option, but a must . I want to reach entrepreneurs who send an inspiring email to their favorite customer every week and who have a website. I want to reach people who already understand that this is a must, that this is not optional, who are present online.
Just as you as an entrepreneur sometimes have to educate people (saving is important! Don't eat chips! Live in the here and now! Think about your pension!) I also want to educate people with the sentence 'Start a mailing list!', but... I prefer to work with young, fresh types who already understand this. Can I say that? Yes, I can say that. At the SocialToday Event I learned that I then have to cultivate a consistent, personal, raw and original presence on Instagram. Meine Güte , what a sentence.
