Scaling to international markets

We have successfully implemented large-scale projects for Uzbekistan and the USA, and also expanded our capabilities by launching calls in Romanian, Uzbek and Polish.
What helped to successfully implement the projects:

In Uzbekistan, we work with a large supermarket chain and call more than 25,000 contacts per day. Our task is to remind customers that their parcel has already been delivered and is waiting at the branch. We developed a script and prepared all the technical settings, and the customer recorded the lines in Uzbek. This project helps improve customer service and save employees time on monotonous notifications.
In Poland, we worked with a company that provides training in foreign languages and school subjects for children and adults. Our task is to invite clients who were previously interested in training but never signed up for the courses to a free lesson. This type of calling saves time and allows the customer to work only with real leads.
During Keycall's work, we have accumulated significant experience in launching calls in 24 countries . We take into account the peculiarities of telephone communication, the mentality of residents and, of course, time zones. For example, if we have a difference of only 1 hour with Poland, then with the USA - 9 hours. Automated the work of quality department managers, increasing efficiency. Over the year, the speed of voice bot calls in Ukraine increased by 265% . The bot spent 18,972 hours of conversations with clients - which is a multiple of 2 years of conversations that our bot saved for more creative tasks.
We have developed unique scripts, including a 13-question survey and a script with 16 answer categories . This takes the voice bot to a new level of communication, while maintaining the quality of communication - 90% of subscribers do not understand that they are talking to a bot .
We have created new services for our clients:
“Working with databases” allows you to quickly and efficiently process the database, deleting obsolete numbers or duplicates.
“Number rental” is an effective solution for improving interaction with the audience. We provide mobile numbers for calls instead of landlines.
