Outcome: By mid-month, Sarah had a clear, prioritized list of product ideas. She could instantly see which ideas were easy to implement with high potential impact, helping her allocate design and production resources effectively. No more guessing which idea to pursue next.
Project 3: Wholesale Inquiries - From Lost Leads to Tracked Opportunities
Old "List": Inquiries mixed in general emails and contact form submissions.
Goal: Create a dedicated system to track wholesale leads, their status, and follow-up actions.
Tools Used: Google Sheets, Email filters/labels.
Steps Taken (May 20th - May 31st):

Dedicated Contact Form & Email Filtering (Week 4, Day 1-2):
Action: Sarah updated her website's "Wholesale" page to include a dedicated Google Form for wholesale brother cell phone list inquiries, with fields like Business Name, Contact Person, Email, Website, Products of Interest, Message.
Action: She set up an email filter in Gmail to automatically label and forward emails containing keywords like "wholesale inquiry" or "bulk order" to a specific "Wholesale Leads" email address, and copied into a central Google Sheet.
"LIST TO DATA" Principle: Automated Data Capture, Centralization.
Wholesale Lead Tracker (Week 4, Day 3-4):
Action: Sarah created a Google Sheet called "Wholesale Lead Tracker" with columns: Date Received, Business Name, Contact Person, Email, Website, Products of Interest, Status (New, Contacted, Proposal Sent, Negotiating, Won, Lost), Next Action, Follow-up Date.

Process Implementation (Week 4, Day 5):
Action: Sarah established a routine: every morning, she'd check the "Wholesale Leads" email folder and the Google Form responses, then manually (for now) add new leads to the "Wholesale Lead Tracker" sheet. She'd update the Status and Next Action columns after each interaction.
"LIST TO DATA" Principle: Consistent Process.
Outcome: Within a week, Sarah had a clear pipeline of wholesale opportunities. She could instantly see who needed a follow-up, which leads were progressing, and identify bottlenecks. She no longer feared losing potential big orders.
The Lasting Impact (End of May & Beyond).
