“Having a CRM allows you to put everything in one place,” Eden continues. “You have your to-do list, you have everything planned out so you don't have to store it in your head and can stay focused on what needs to be done, even though customers are being served and deals are being processed. You can have a deal card where every call, every email, everything related to that deal is in one place.”
“If someone calls and it’s not even my deal, I can go straight to that card and say, ‘Jose, just give me a minute,’ open their card and say, ‘I see you were talking to Roy about…’ I can continue the customer journey right from there—it’s like Roy told me everything and I know exactly what’s going on.”
“This provides the ideal experience you want for your customers, and that's what will not only close your deals, but also make the customer feel like part of the family: you know who they are, you serve women database them well, and that's how they become your fans.”
Smart Calendar is another key feature for Accentuate, which Eden describes as "fantastic," and Pipedrive integrations are also an important part of the company's sales process.
“We recently started using PandaDoc, which has saved us a ton of time. Basically, being able to automate the process of putting together a proposal, just for sales, is a huge benefit, not to mention the professionalism and speed of sending a proposal to a client.”
Eden and her colleagues have used their web development skills to streamline their development processes and projects with clever Pipedrive automation, especially since they often manage multiple projects at once.
“We have several integrations that we use to take action based on when a deal closes. They pull in information about that deal and automatically populate things like the short forms we give clients to fill out, which are automatically triggered once the deal is paid for. This allows us to begin the development process as soon as we receive payment confirmation, send a summary to the client, and pre-populate a lot of information.
