Of course, in each case it is necessary to specify what specific numerical forex database or percentage effects we want to achieve and whether it concerns the entire company, specific departments or products. Choosing financial goals has many advantages - they are often the easiest to define, and they are also clear and transparent for employees. However, it cannot be denied that limiting the organization's goals to financial issues is not necessarily a good idea. It can reduce the possibilities of the entire company, minimizing investments and innovation.
