In addition to automatic data

The gates are closing and conversations are increasingly taking place in closed groups. In the case of Urk, that was WhatsApp and the WhatsApp group Rollerbankapp, which cannot be monitored by all advanced software because of the encryption. This also applies to closed groups on Facebook. Only when you have joined can you read all the messages. The data does not just pop up with software.
In short: automatic monitoring is no longer the holy grail in more and more cases, you also have to go back to manual monitoring. The bad news about that is: that takes a lot of time and research.
Imagine you are a project developer, event organizer, business/shop owner. You want to build c level executive list something, expand an area and that means cutting down trees. Many a communication professional and alderman knows: don't touch trees, because that will lead to online and offline war. And then trees are still sacred compared to children, animals (think: Oostvaardersplassen), asylum seekers, Yellow Vests and Black Pete.
In these kinds of cases, all the brakes on opinions and emotions are released. Reporting that is based more on emotion than on content/information transfer literally and figuratively moves people more. And emotions in massive quantities can be life-threatening, as Urk shows. Threats and intimidation are the order of the day .
