If you're not 100% sure that the CMO/CMO/whoever you're talking to is the person who handles new product/service purchases, it's definitely worth trying this tactic.

If you'd like to add a bit of humor to your email, you can also replace the line "I hope this doesn't seem creepy" with "I'm not stalking you, I swear, but..."

Let's say your prospect mentions that they don't really like the price of your company's products/services, and then goes quiet.

by offering your prospect more value/usage for the same fixed price. The way we see it, it’s a win-win… your prospects are happy because they get more out of your tool and it doesn’t cost your company anything extra to provide your prospects.
