Lean – slimming down projects
Probably the least known approach to project management. This methodology was born in the manufacturing industry, but has also found application in project management. Lean focuses on eliminating waste and maximizing customer value (and customer satisfaction). It's like running a restaurant, where every ingredient and every action has its rcs database c place and purpose.
The main assumption of Lean Management is continuous improvement of processes, elimination of unnecessary activities and optimization of work. Thanks to this, project implementation is more effective and the quality of the product is higher.
Lean methodology is popular in the manufacturing industry, but also in technology startups. Companies such as Toyota, General Electric use Lean to reduce costs, increase efficiency and deliver high-quality products.
Disadvantages of Lean Management:
Focus on delivering customer value.
Increased efficiency by reducing unnecessary activities.
Disadvantages of Lean Management:
It requires a change in organizational culture and employee approach.
It can be difficult to implement, especially in companies accustomed to traditional management methods.
It requires constant commitment and continuous improvement of processes.
Eliminate waste and maximize operational efficiency.
