You think in content, see beautiful company stories everywhere. That is part of your job. But not everyone is good at creating content for your company. How do you help your colleagues tell their story on LinkedIn?
You probably have colleagues who are very good at their job, but don't talk much about it. And certainly not on LinkedIn. Ask them at a Friday afternoon (zoom) drink what they actually do and they open up. What passion and craftsmanship. And pride in their buy phone number list contribution to the company. But to share that online? Then they shut down. Or there is an "Oh yeah? I can do that sometime." But it doesn't happen. Or far too little. Why?
